When we needed to set up a fiscal sponsor for our nonprofit activities we found an organization Ocean Grand http://www.oceangrand.org that helped us tremendously with all kinds of free information. They also have a blog with ongoing posts that include articles and how to posts to help a nonprofit be more successful.

You should check them out if you have a chance they are really heavily involved in helping nonprofits do great work and obtain the education in the field they need.
