		<description>Here, here!  Goals and outcomes obsession can be quite a blight on the philanthropic and nonprofit landscape.  While it makes sense to ask, &quot;What are we aiming for?&quot; it is too easy to get hung up on those goals at the exclusion of other opportunities or at the risk of creating other problems on the way to those goals (unintended and unobserved consequences).  Seems there is a need to look more systemically at outcomes, across and beyond our individual/organizational efforts.
