The James Irvine Foundation has listed a job opening on the Tactical Philanthropy Job Board:
Reporting to the Youth Program Director, the Program Associate provides administrative and program-related support to the Youth Program to facilitate the grantmaking and grants-monitoring processes and to support relationship-building in the field. The Program Associate provides primary support for the Program Director, including schedule management and travel and logistical support, while assisting with coordination of the activities of the Youth Program team. The Program Associate may be involved in the initial screening of potential grantees, arranging and attending meetings with potential grantees, preparing docket materials, monitoring active grants and maintaining grants data and grant files, and ensures that all grantmaking under the Youth Program adheres to Foundation policies, procedures and deadlines.
